Sullivans Island Revisited has hit the book stores. I photographed the author's portrait for the book . I met Dorothy Frank and took her author portrait while photographing her home this past Fall for the New York Times.

Elbow Cay

This past May I was lucky enough to be invited to Elbow Cay in the Bahamas to photograph Alexis and Jon's wedding. Below are a few photos I captured around town.

Photos from the air.... I always request a window set when I fly. The view from the plane window is relaxing and interesting. I plan to keep snapping away and one day I hope to have a whole series of these photos.

The first two photographs are of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City the next are Miami, Florida and Marsh Harbor, Bahamas

Lauren & Matt

Congratulations to Lauren and Matt who wed on May 2nd, 2009 at the Summerall Chapel. A reception followed at Hibernian Hall. Plane Jane entertained the family members, Citadel grads, Clemson grads, and friends from the Charlotte area who came to celebrate with the happy couple. Taylor Vaughn Feuling from Timeless Designs did a wonderful job with the wedding coordination and unique floral designs.

Katie & Russ

Katie and Russ wed on April 24th at Lowndes Grove Plantation along the Ashley River. Stacey Fraunfelter of Red Letter Events coordinated and designed the wedding decor. The yellow and coral wedding colors were especially unique and looked beautiful. Quiana Parler and Friends Band entertained at the reception.

Sam Snyder's Bridal Portrait

I photographed Sam Snyder's Bridal Portrait a few months ago at the Thomas Bennett House. I LOVE the photo she picked out to enlarge and frame. It's very untraditional. Sam married Rob Gannon on May 9th, 2009.

Kelsey Withers and Tom Bacon wed on April 18th at The Thomas Bennett House in Downtown Charleston.
